This website is an educational project. The signals, statistics, calculations and examples on it are a simulation built from public market quotes using predefined rules.
Nothing on this website is a trading system, investment advice, a solicitation or instructions to enter into any transaction.

2.1. All information on this website and in the related Telegram channels is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not take into account your financial situation, objectives or experience, and it is not personalized investment advice.
2.2. Trading cryptocurrencies, especially with leverage, carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of all the funds you commit. Past performance, including results calculated on historical data, is not indicative of future results.
2.3. Figures such as “market moves,” “best entry and exit” and similar are calculated in hindsight and describe market behavior, not the results of actual trades. Percentages “on margin” are the price move multiplied by the leverage, excluding fees, funding and slippage.
2.4. The website owner is not liable for any loss, direct or indirect, arising from the use of information on this website. You make all trading decisions on your own and at your own risk.
2.5. Market data comes from third-party providers and may be incomplete, delayed or temporarily unavailable.
3. Terms of use
3.1. The website gives access to informational materials: a signal feed, statistics, learning materials and calculators. The public section is free and requires no registration; the account area requires registration.
3.2. Extended access (Premium) is provided through a private Telegram channel and your account on the website; the owner activates it for your account once payment is confirmed. The price, term, payment method and refund terms are communicated by the owner on Telegram before you pay. There are no automatic charges.
3.3. Neither the website nor its owner accepts funds for management, opens trades on behalf of users, or requests access to exchange accounts, API keys, passwords or seed phrases. Any such request made in the project's name is a scam.
3.4. You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, not to disrupt its operation, and not to present its materials to third parties as a guarantee of returns.
3.5. The website's text, design and source code are protected by intellectual property law. Quoting is permitted with attribution.
3.6. The owner may change the website, its materials and these terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page with its update date.
4. Privacy policy
4.1. The public section works without registration. When you register, we store your name, email address, registration date and subscription status. Your password is stored only as a cryptographic hash (scrypt) and cannot be recovered from it.
4.2. After you log in, the website sets a single technical session cookie (httpOnly, valid for 30 days). It is used only to give you access to your account. The website has no analytics systems and no advertising cookies.
4.3. Account data is stored on the website's server and used only to sign you in and provide access to your subscription. It is not sold or shared with third parties, except where required by law.
4.4. The form on the Contact page only composes a message in your browser and copies it to your clipboard. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself in Telegram.
4.5. To display live prices, your browser connects directly to a public market data API. As with any network request, the provider receives technical data such as your IP address and browser details, which it processes under its own privacy policy.
4.6. When you message us on Telegram, the owner sees your username and the content of your messages. This data is used only to reply to you and provide access, and is not shared with third parties except where required by law.
